Overview
Using your secure portal, you can complete a loan application, make adjustments to your account, and view and respond to requests for documentation from your lender quickly and easily.

Get Started and Log In
Navigate to your specific lender's site and select the option to Login in the top right hand corner:
Enter your email address and password. Select Log In to proceed into the portal:
Entering the Appropriate Loan Flow
If you have multiple loans with your lender, you will need to select which loan flow you wish to work with before proceeding.
Upon logging in, you will see a list of any loan flows that existing for that lender. This will give you an overview with the details for each loan flow including the date started, the property address for the loan (if applicable), the deadline for the loan, and any required or outstanding items.
Click on the appropriate loan flow to enter:
Navigating the Requests in Your Portal
Your lender has set up your portal with a number of requests for documentation that are awaiting a response. These requests are organized into categories to make it easier for you to navigate through the various lists and respond with efficiency.
When you log in, you will see three separate sections:
- Docs Owed: Any items here have been requested from your lender and are awaiting your action. This is where you will primarily be working out of.
- Docs Pending Review: Any items here have been successfully uploaded from your end to your lender, and are waiting on your lender to review.
- Docs Accepted: Any items here have been reviewed and accepted by your lender.
Your lender may use document categories to organize their requests, such as Assets, Income, Misc. Navigate through these tabs, if available, to see the documents that have been requested:

Now that you are familiar and comfortable navigating through the various requests, you can begin responding to them by uploading your supporting documentation.
Start the process by clicking the Upload Your Document (white and blue up arrow icon) action icon towards the right of the corresponding request:
A new window will appear for you to add and upload the files needed to fulfill that particular request. To select your file, either drag and drop the file from your computer to the box, or click the Browse files button to select a file from a specific folder. Another window will pop if your are browsing files, allowing you to choose which file you would like to upload from your computer or mobile device:
Once the file has been uploaded, you will be able to enter the title for the document as well as an optional message to your lender. If the file you've selected fulfills the request in its entirety, you can now click the Upload button to finalize and submit your document:
Upload Multiple Documents to One Request
Now that you are familiar and comfortable navigating through the various requests, you can begin responding to them by uploading your supporting documentation.
You can upload multiple files to satisfy a single documentation request from your lender. You will be able to upload up to 10 documents per request.
Start the process by clicking the Upload Your Document (white and blue up arrow icon) action icon towards the right of the corresponding request:
A new window will appear for you to add and upload the files needed to fulfill that particular request. To select your file, either drag and drop the file from your computer to the box, or click the Browse files button to select a file from a specific folder. Another window will pop if your are browsing files, allowing you to choose which file you would like to upload from your computer or mobile device:
Once the file has been uploaded, you will be able to enter the title for the document as well as an option message to your lender:
Upload an additional item like the first one by dragging and dropping the file from your computer to the box, or clicking the Browse files button to select a file from a specific folder. Each document that you upload will need to have a unique name to help differentiate the files. Repeat the workflow until you've added all of the files necessary to fulfill the document request, and click the Upload button to finalize and submit your document:
Upload Documents With No Request
In some cases, you may have documentation that you believe is important for acquiring your loan, but that hasn't been requested yet by your lender, or maybe you forget to add all the documents on a previous request.
You can manually upload those documents by selecting the Add New Doc button in your portal:
To select your file, either drag and drop the file from your computer to the box, or click the Browse files button to select a file from a specific folder. Another window will pop if your are browsing files, allowing you to choose which file you would like to upload from your computer or mobile device:
Add a title for your document, a message for your lender (optional), and select a category for the document. Select Upload to fully submit the request:
Declare a Document Request Not Applicable
Locate the document request that you would like to adjust:
To declare the document request not applicable, select the Not Applicable (trash can) icon towards the right of the document name and description:
You will have the option to enter a reason for why you are marking the item as not applicable.
Select the checkbox to confirm, and then Submit to confirm your request:
The document request will be sent to your lender for further review.
Update Your Account Details
Select your email address in the top right-hand corner:
Select the option to Edit Profile:
Edit any relevant information including first name, last name, email, mobile phone number, or time zone. Additionally, you will have the option to reset your password, adjust your notification settings, or delete your account. Make sure you select Save Profile to confirm the changes:
Log Out and End Your Session
Select the arrow in the top right hand corner next to your email address to completely log out of your account:
I am not computer savvy and am leary of providing my information. Is there no other way to do this?
Would have been helpful if this also included a section on how to e-sign docs. This is our biggest hurdle trying to help someone over the phone when we can't see what they are clicking.
