Enable the Old Realtor Makes Letters Behavior

Overview

The Company Dashboard allows for multiple individual accounts to be housed under a single Company Account. As a company admin, you'll have access to different company settings, overrides, and users.

Among these settings, you'll have access to enable or disable the old realtor makes letters behavior setting. 

The Old Realtor Makes Letters Behavior allows realtors or partners connected to a borrower's Floify loan flow to see the names of the borrower's documents in the pending and completed buckets.

How to use 

From the team pipeline, choose the team name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Company Dashboard:

Navigate to the Company Settings and then Basic Settings:

In the Basic Settings section, scroll down to the bottom and select Edit Basic Settings:

Check the box next to Enable Old Realtor "Makes Letter" Behavior. Make sure you select Save once done to confirm the change:

Note: Compliance teams do not always consider this behavior compliant with their policies since this allows realtors to view document names, document descriptions, and counts.
