Floify Disclosure notifications are system-generated emails that are sent automatically by the platform. Because these notifications are produced by the system, their content and formatting cannot be modified or customized.

When Initial or Revised Disclosures are available for signatures within Floify, the email “Time
​Sensitive: Mortgage Documents for E-Signature from [LOAN OWNER] at [COMPANY
​NAME]” will be sent.

The Initial and Revised Disclosure emails will be sent to the following parties:

When a Closing Disclosure is available for signatures in Floify, the email “Time Sensitive: Mortgage Documents for E-Signatures from [LOAN OWNER] at [COMPANY NAME]” will be sent. to the following parties:

The Closing Disclosure emails will be sent to the following parties:

When all parties have signed the disclosures, the email “Disclosure e-signed: [BORROWER NAME]/[COBORROWER NAME] File [LOAN ########]” will be sent.

The Signed Disclosure emails will be sent to the following parties:

When the Closing Disclosure (or RCD) has been viewed, the email “CD Viewed: [BORROWER NAME] File [LOAN ########]” will be sent.

This notification will be sent to the following parties:

When the Loan Officer has a document in the disclosures package they need to sign, they will receive the email “Disclosure Alert! - Signatures Required for [BORROWER NAME]”, only
the signing LO will receive this email.

If there is a non-purchasing spouse (NPS) for a primary refinance, the NPS will receive the email “Time Sensitive: Mortgage Documents for E-signature from [LOAN OWNER] at [COMPANY NAME]”, this link will not require a Floify login to consent/sign.
