Document names under Business Rules with have the correct spacing

Plaid is no longer hidden for legacy subscriptions

Users not using an LOS will be able to add valid documents in their Stack &amp; Send

All users will have a default timezone and no users will have UTC set as their timezone

Resolved an issue where disclosure emails sent to the signing lender may not be sent to their email

Documents with a space after a comma (maybe hyphens too) are causing Copy Loan Docs to not work or any other action outside the preview modal
