The Company Dashboard allows for multiple individual accounts to be housed under a single Company Account. As a company admin, you'll have access to different company settings, overrides, and users.

Among these settings, you'll have access to allow LO teams to enable and use co-mortgagors.

This allows users to change an existing co-borrower into a co-mortgagor within a loan flow. The co-borrower moves into a new co-mortgagor set, and the relevant data moves with that borrower.

Please note, an Encompass integration is required for this feature. Reach out to your account executive for more information on the options for upgrading your subscription to include this.

From the team pipeline, choose the team name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Company Dashboard:

Navigate to Company Settings and then Basic Settings:

Select the option to Edit Basic Settings:

Select Enable Co-Mortgagors and choose either Allow LO Teams to Enable and user co-mortgagors or Require LO Teams to use co-mortgagors:
