Recipe: Add a video to your milestone template

From the loan pipeline, click the email address in the upper right-hand corner

Edit the Email Signature

Completely remove any input here (don't worry, you won't save the changes, so your email signature will remain the same!)

Select the Code View icon (</> icon)

Copy and paste the code above

Select the Code View icon again

Select the image and choose the Replace option

Drag and drop the image you'd like to use for your video

Select the Edit Link option and insert your hosted video link

Select the Code View icon again

Copy the newly created code & exit (DO NOT SAVE - this will overwrite your email signature)

From the loan pipeline, click the Settings tab at the top

Select Milestones from the list

Select the Manage Milestones

Edit the milestone you're adding the video to

Copy and paste the above code into the milestone where you'd like it to appear

If you have an existing milestone you're wanting to add the video to, making sure you get it in the right place is key. You can follow the steps to customize the code to customize your entire milestone as well. Copy the milestone template code, head to your email signature again, and paste the code there (don't forget to click the Code View icon before pasting). Once your code is there, copy the video code and add it to the very bottom of this code. Now click the Code View icon once more and now you will be able to drag and drop the video where you'd like it to appear in the milestone email!
