Floify began the process of removing loans and loan documents that are 2+ years old on 01/29/2021. Floify no longer houses loans or loan documents over two years old.

Your company admins control when old loans are automatically deleted. Loans that are past a certain age are automatically deleted per company settings, which range from 90 days to two years. This can be set in Company Settings > Basic Settings > Automatically Delete Old Loans.

Company Administrators and LO Teams will receive a warning email 10 days before each auto-delete.

We suggest connecting and backing your loan files up to OneDrive, Box, Google Drive, or Dropbox. If you do not already have one of these integrations enabled to sync future loan flows, please let [email protected] know so that we can assist with setting up the cloud storage integration of your choosing.
