Updating your credit card can be done within Floify directly if you need to provide us with a new card or update the existing one.

From your loan pipeline, navigate to your Settings:

From here, you'll select the Credit Card tab and Edit Credit Card Info:

You will then be able to update the necessary details. Make sure you select Update Credit Card once complete to save the changes:

Success! Your new payment method will be used for future subscription charges. If you have a balance on your account, the open balance will automatically be processed.
