FAQ
Q) How do permissions work for users assigned to multiple teams work?
A) Each user can have different permissions per team. Example: A support user can be granted regular permissions for team A, but Superuser permissions for team B.
Q) Do Company Admins need to be assigned to teams as support users as well?
A) This depends on the use case. If the admin needs to be assigned directly to a loan, they will need to be added to that team as well. Further, limited admins will have access to team settings for teams they are also assigned as direct support users
