What will the Floify—Slack Integration support?
Floify supports integration with Slack's team collaboration and messaging application. When the two systems are connected, loan teams can enjoy several productivity-boosting features:
Automatic creation of a new Slack channel for each loan flow – serving as an internal team conversation log
Instant notifications from Floify for events such as borrower document uploads, pre-approval letter generations, and milestone check-off
Automatic archiving of Slack channel when the corresponding Floify loan flow is archived
How to Set Up and Use
From the team pipeline, navigate to Settings and select the Integrations tab:
Scroll down to Slack Integration and select the option to Edit Slack Integration:
Select Add to Slack and enter your credentials to grant permission:
Additionally, you can also select which event notifications you'd like to receive via Slack:
Success! All loan flow notifications will start going through to Slack going forward.
