If you and your co-borrower share an email address to access the account, you may need to switch back and forth between accounts to upload, sign, or acknowledge documents.

Navigate to your specific lender's site and select the option to Log In in the top right-hand corner:

Enter your email address and click "Continue with email"

Enter your password and click "Continue with email"

Select which user you would like to log in as initially and select Log In:

To switch to the other user, select the Log In As option near the top-right corner:
