New Features:

  • The TCPA feature will be turned off when the HOI template is archived.

  • Security enhancement - Define and apply SOX-compliant password policy to Floify admins

  • VOE/VOI UI updates that make it clear that verification reports will include all employment history.

  • Security enhancement - Check for malicious 3rd Party URLs w/ Google's Web Risk API

Bug Fixes:

  • ADA issues in the borrower portal caused by state-specific pre-qualification forms have been resolved.

  • Borrowers are no longer able to sign hybrid e-disclosures before the e-signing window opens.

  • The NPS/NBO was causing the Closing Disclosure to not appear as signed by the borrower or in the e-sign dashboard. This has been resolved.

  • There was an e-sign undefined error thrown when attempting to sign Arizona state forms. This has been resolved.

  • When company admins disable teams in the company dashboard, all traffic will be redirected to the /login subdomain.

  • Business rule actions for milestone conditions evaluated before the Task Management release were re-triggering. This has been resolved.

  • The cloning tool has been updated to say 'Customizations' instead of 'Fields'.

  • The cloning modal can now clone the new 'Loan Flow Assignment Rules' option.

  • Loans older than two years will go back to being deleted again.

  • The option to switch from the child account back to the organizational dashboard was not working properly. This has been resolved.

  • Miscellaneous borrower pipeline ADA issues have been resolved.

  • Updates were made to prevent pipeline customizations from reverting back to it's default while also adding some extra logging.

  • Renamed and deleted template documents were causing the associated automatic doc requests to default to the wrong template document. This has been resolved.

  • The delete functionality for churned users has been added back (disable for Enterprise users). Previously the teams were not being disabled on the first of the month and 90+ days trialed out account weren't being deleted.
