Overview
Team administrators can now configure the default values displayed in the mortgage calculator on their team landing page. This allows teams to provide borrowers with more accurate payment estimates based on current market conditions and local property costs.
How to Configure Mortgage Calculator Default Values
To update the mortgage calculator defaults for your team landing page:
Navigate to Team Settings.
Open the Landing Page Configuration modal.
Locate the Mortgage Calculator Defaults section.
Configure the desired default values:
Interest Rate
Home Price
Down Payment Percentage
Property Tax Percentage
Homeowners Insurance Percentage
Click Save.
How It Works
The values you configure will automatically populate the mortgage calculator when borrowers visit your team landing page. Borrowers can still adjust the values themselves, but the initial estimate will reflect the defaults your team has configured.
This helps ensure borrowers see estimates that are more aligned with current interest rates and local market conditions.

FAQ
Can borrowers change the calculator values?

Will these settings transfer when cloning a team?
Yes. Mortgage calculator default values are included in both full team clones and pick-and-choose cloning workflows.
Why should I update these values?
Interest rates, property taxes, and insurance costs vary over time and by market. Keeping your defaults up to date helps borrowers receive more realistic estimates when using your team landing page mortgage calculator.
