This article explains how to send Floify Hybrid eClosing documents through the Encompass plugin, what borrowers and settlement agents will experience, and how signed documents are returned to the loan flow.
Overview
Sending Hybrid eClosing documents through the Encompass plugin follows a workflow similar to standard disclosures. The primary difference is that Hybrid eClosing packages begin in the RegZCD form and include both:
eSign documents — Documents borrowers can electronically sign
Wet sign documents — Documents requiring ink signatures and/or notarization
Once sent, Floify automatically distributes the appropriate documents to borrowers and settlement agents.
How to Send a Hybrid eClosing Package
Order Hybrid eClosing Documents
To begin ordering Hybrid eClosing documents, navigate to Forms and select the RegZ - CD form.
On the RegZ - CD form, click the Order Documents button.
Next, select Closing from the Order Type drop-down menu.
Note: Pre-closing options are also available.
Then, click on the Order Docs button again.
Select Documents for Closing Package
Under the Document Title column, use the checkboxes on the left to select which documents you wish to include in the closing package.
Send Disclosures to Floify
Once all documents have been selected, click Send to Floify to initiate delivery to Floify.
Confirm Sending Disclosures to Floify
When prompted, a pop-up window will appear. Click Yes to confirm you want to send the package to Floify.
Confirm Hybrid eClose Package sent to Floify Successfully
A pop up window will appear to alert you that the Hybrid eClose Package has sent successfully to Floify.
Package Processing Timeline
Once the package has been sent to Floify:
The initial processing begins within approximately 3 minutes
Documents typically start downloading into Floify within approximately 5 minutes
Most packages are fully delivered and available within approximately 8–10 minutes
