Overview

The Floify system allows users with company admin access to create custom integrations within the Developer tab of the Company Dashboard. There are 3 options that include a basic Custom Integration, a custom CRM Integration, and a custom Floify Integration.

Configuration Steps:

The user with company admin access will click the Change team menu:

Next, click the Company Dashboard link:

Then, click Company Settings:

Click into the Developer tab:

Once you've accessed the Developer tab, you'll have the option to create a Custom Integration, CRM Integration, or Floify Integration:

Custom Integration

Click the Create Integration button:

Enter the Name and Description of your integration and click the Save button:

Once you have created your Custom Integration, our Support Team will enable the integration. Then, click the pencil and paper icon to view the integration:

Click the Get Integration API Key button to reveal the API Key so you may complete your custom integration:

Custom CRM Integration/Floify Integration

These integrations are similar to the Custom Integration, but they allow for more specific configurations (ex. Logo, Endpoints, and Integration-defined Properties).

Enter the Integration Name, Integration Description, and Learn More URL. You may also upload an optional logo and set the appropriate Endpoints.

Next, you may add optional Integration-defined Properties. Once everything is complete on that page, click the Save button.

Once you have created the integration, our Support Team will enable it.

Note: Our Support Team only offers very limited support for custom integrations so you will likely need to work with your own developer to create/maintain your custom integration(s).
