Can Credco be integrated on a user level instead of a company level? Casey has his own Credco account/login tied to his own credit card for billing and I have my own. Integrating it on a company level would mean all credit reports are pulled under one account right? This makes it hard for accounting/billing purposes.
Also, I integrated slack, should we see an icon for slack for each borrower in our loan flow or do we have to open slack in a separate webpage to have a conversation? I would like to see if within Floify so we don't have to open too many windows, if possible. Thank you.
As soon as the Credco integration is enabled on the company level, the integration can then be installed at the team level using individual credentials.
You can see our help article here: https://help.floify.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039296131-CoreLogic-Credco. One of the steps will walk you through how to input individual credentials based on team.
For the Slack integration, all information for a specific borrower flow will be found in Slack. These are the supported features for Slack:
1. Automatic creation of a new Slack channel for each loan flow – serving as an internal team conversation log
2. Instant notifications from Floify for events such as borrower document uploads, pre-approval letter generations, and milestone check-off
3. Automatic archiving of Slack channel when the corresponding Floify loan flow is archived

I am trying to set up an esignature packet. The system is not pulling in my Docusign templates that are saved in my Docusign account. I need technical support to determine what the issue is and why these templates are not available to be pulled in as a esignature template in Floify.
I have changed my URLA settings to the new URLA. Now my business rules are no longer available. Do I have to recreate each rule under the new setting?
I have contacted Docusign and the templates are in my account. They are saying that it's on Floify end that the templates are not pulling in. When I go into my Docusign console through Floyify, the templates are not there. However, as stated, the templates are in my Docusign account when I login manually to Docusign.
Please review and advise.
