- To allow for continued and stable usage of our systems for all customers, we have implemented rate limiting for our API solution, set to a max of 5 concurrent calls.
- It is recommended that you use task queuing if you submit more than that via your API integrations so that the process subsequently instead of attempting to process concurrently
