The steps borrowers see in Dynamic AI Autofill depend on which Apply Now sections are enabled for the team:
- If Employment is disabled, borrowers only see the Bank Accounts and Review Data portions of the autofill experience.
- If Assets is disabled, borrowers only see the Work and Income and Review Data portions of the autofill experience.
- If both Employment and Assets are disabled, Dynamic AI Autofill is effectively unavailable for that team.

Apply Now Document Upload Settings
Document Upload Settings let you map borrower-uploaded document types to template documents. When a borrower uploads a supported document during Apply Now, Floify can use that mapping to resolve matching auto doc requests and help avoid duplicate requests later in the process.
Go to Team Settings > Apply Now:
Scroll down to Apply Now Automatic Doc Requests and select Edit Document Upload Settings:
For each Uploaded Document Type, select the Associate Template Document:

- Pay Stub
- W-2
- Saving - Bank Statements
- Checking - Bank Statements
How Mapping Works
Each uploaded document type can be mapped to one template document If a borrower uploads a supported document and that document type is mapped, Floify can mark the matching auto doc request as resolved. If a document type is left undefined, the uploaded file is still retained, but no auto-resolution occurs.
