Setting up Custom Fields

Create your desired custom field(s) that you want available for the pre-approval letter template. Here is an article that shows how to create custom fields. There are two options.

  1. Use a custom field where you enter data in the Floify UI: Create a Custom Field

  2. Sync a custom field with the Byte or Encompass LOS: Create an LOS Custom Field

Once you have your fields created, a layout is needed to be able to view and/or edit the data in those fields.

To create a new layout, you can follow these instructions: Create a Custom Field Layout

If you have an existing layout to include new fields, you can edit it by following these instructions: Edit or Delete an Existing Custom Field Layout
