How do I start a new loan flow for an already existing borrower?

The 1003 as a PDF is only available if your borrower filled out the application when your account is set to use the Application Version 3.

If the borrower is a Prospect, head up to your Prospects tab and select the blue down arrow icon under the Action icons.
Select the down arrow icon to download as a PDF.
If the borrower is in your active loan pipeline, navigate to the borrower's Docs Pending Review or Docs Accepted. Select the down arrow icon to the left of the borrower's 1003 (Loan Application) and select to download as a PDF.
How can I be added to another user's team to have access to their loan pipeline?
You can reach out to your company admin to request being added to a team, or reach out to support@floify.com to request this as well (please CC the user you want to be added to).
What is the difference between a Prospect and a Live Loan Flow?

A Prospect is an application that was submitted via your Apply Now link. This application is still in the review state and has not been invited to the Borrower Portal and no documents have been requested.

What browsers and mobile devices are supported?

Supported Browsers:

IE11
Chrome
Firefox
Safari
Edge

Supported Mobile Devices:

Native application: iOS and Android devices
Progressive Web App:  Safari and Chrome on both iOS and Android devices

Notes

  • Desktop browsers are recommended to be the latest version for best results
  • Other mobile OS may work but Floify does not actively support these device specific issues
  • The Native application only supports active (non-archived) loans – archived loans will not appear
Can I test my application?
Absolutely! We actually recommend you test your application with a personal email address (or test email address) so you can see what your borrowers go through and make necessary changes based on what information you require throughout your process.
Can I recover a deleted file or document?
Floify does not keep a backup of borrower documents, files, or loan flows. Once a document, file or loan flow is deleted from Floify, it is gone forever. If you have setup a document storage integration (Box, Drive, Dropbox, etc.), the file will be backed up and found in that system. The only other option in regaining these files is to re-request from the borrower.

Can I refer someone to Floify?
Absolutely! For every referral you make that signs up for 2 months, you’ll receive their monthly subscription as a credit on your account!

    Hi Alex,
Are you wanting to transfer a loan flow to a different team, or just change the loan owner of a loan flow while keeping it on the same pipeline? I want to assign it to another LO. Its still my clients so I want to see that pipeline as well. Not to another team.

  • Hi Kathy,

To add an additional 'folder' to a borrower's flow, you'll want to add in a 'Template Document Category' by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to your Settings.
    2. On the 'Template Docs' page, locate the 'Template Document Categories' and select the option to Manage.
    3. Select 'Add Category'.
    4. Once you've added the category, you can assign documents to that specific category so they will show up in the borrower's folders.

To rename a file, are you wanting to rename the entire borrower's loan flow file or a document in the borrower's portal?

    Talk to you soon!
