Disclosures Desk: Floify Disclosures Plug-In

Overview

Floify has partnered with SharkeyByte to create a solution that automates our disclosures process even further. This process helps reduce the number of user inputs needed to send out disclosures through Encompass. Along with our disclosures tool, this plug-in offers many additional features within Encompass

 

In this article, you will see the process of setting up this integration and ordering disclosures in Encompass. Having Encompass integrated with Floify is required to utilize this. If you are interested in using our SharkeyByte plug-in or other ways you can integrate with Encompass, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or your Account Executive today!

 

 

How to Install

To install the plug-in, our team will help guide you through this and will provide you with the details needed to get this up and running. For installation, the process is listed here: SharkeyByte Documentation

 

Ordering Disclosures

Once the plug-in has been installed, you will be able to order disclosures directly in Encompass.

 

To do so, navigate into the loan in Encompass and select the eFolder tool:

 

 

 

 

Next, select the eDisclosures button:

 

 

 

 

From there, you will want to select borrower pair you want to order disclosures for, and then press the Order eDisclosures button:

 

Note: You will need to do this process for each borrower pair

 

Now, you will be prompted to select and order the documents in your eDisclosures package. Once those have been selected and ordered, press the Floify button:

The system will have a pop-up that brings you through the process, so simply wait for that pop-up to run to completion:

From here, you should receive a success message. At this point, eDisclosures have been ordered and will flow over into Floify for the applicable parties to sign:
