Overview
Your lender has set up your portal with a number of requests for documentation that are awaiting a response. These requests are organized into categories to make it easier for you to navigate through the various lists and respond with efficiency.
When you log in, you will see three separate sections:
- Docs Owed: Any items here have been requested from your lender and are awaiting your action. This is where you will primarily be working out of.
- Docs Pending Review: Any items here have been successfully uploaded from your end to your lender, and are waiting on your lender to review.
- Docs Accepted: Any items here have been reviewed and accepted by your lender.
Your lender may use document categories to organize their requests, such as Assets, Income, Misc. Navigate through these tabs, if available, to see the documents that have been requested:

Upload Documents With No Request

You can manually upload those documents by selecting the Add New Doc button in your portal:
You will be required to provide some basic information to identify the document being submitted.
Start by giving the document a name, and optionally you may provide a description that will help your lender understand the purpose and contents of the file.
Next, click the Choose File button to browse your device's file manager.
