Upload Your Documents

Your lender has set up your portal with a number of requests for documentation that are awaiting a response. These requests are organized into categories to make it easier for you to navigate through the various lists and respond with efficiency.

When you log in, you will see three separate sections:

  • Docs Owed: Any items here have been requested from your lender and are awaiting your action. This is where you will primarily be working out of.
  • Docs Pending Review: Any items here have been successfully uploaded from your end to your lender, and are waiting on your lender to review.
  • Docs Accepted: Any items here have been reviewed and accepted by your lender.

Your lender may use document categories to organize their requests, such as Assets, Income, Misc. Navigate through these tabs, if available, to see the documents that have been requested:

Upload Your Documents

Now that you are familiar and comfortable navigating through the various requests, you can begin responding to them by uploading your supporting documentation.

Start the process by clicking the Upload Your Document (white and blue up arrow icon) action icon towards the right of the corresponding request:

A new window will appear for you to add and upload the files needed to fulfill that particular request. To select your file, either drag and drop the file from your computer to the box, or click the Browse files button to select a file from a specific folder. Another window will pop if your are browsing files, allowing you to choose which file you would like to upload from your computer or mobile device:

Once the file has been uploaded, you will be able to enter the title for the document as well as an optional message to your lender. If the file you've selected fulfills the request in its entirety, you can now click the Upload button to finalize and submit your document:
