Switch Between Borrower and Co-Borrower Account

Overview

If you and your co-borrower share an email address to access the account, you may need to switch back and forth between accounts to upload, sign, or acknowledge documents. 

 

How to Switch Between Accounts

Navigate to your specific lender's site and select the option to Login in the top right hand corner:

Enter your email address and password. Select Log In to proceed into the portal:

Select which user you would like to log in as initially and select Log In:

To switch to the other user, select the Log In As option near the top right:
