Using Apply Now Dynamic AI to Fill your Borrower Loan Application

Overview

Your portal helps you move through your application by using information from your financial documents to fill in parts of the application for you. You can upload documents, review what was found, make changes, and continue with the rest of your application when you are ready.

As you begin your application, you will see a guided document upload experience before the full application. This includes steps for your employment and income details, bank accounts, and finally a chance to review before you continue to the full application.

You can upload available documents, review the information that was found, and fill in anything that was missing. If you do not want to upload documents, you can continue by entering your information manually.

 

How to Upload Documents to Auto-Fill your Application

Select your Loan Purpose

Start your application and choose your loan purpose from the options available with your lender. Be sure to select Continue once you have chosen your loan purpose.

 

 

 

 

Entering Work & Income

Select Get Started:

 

 

 

 

Click on Add Job to enter employment, or Skip to move on:

 

 

 

 

Select the type of employment you want to enter:

 

 

 

 

For each employment entry, input whether it is a current or past job:

 

 

 

 

Search for your employer. You can select an entry if one is found by your search or add a company if it is not listed:

 

 

 

 

Enter your start date and end date (if applicable) for the employment entry:

 

 

 

 

 

If you selected Wage-Earning Employment, you will be prompted to enter your pay-stubs and W-2 documents. You can upload documents or add the details manually:

 

 

 

 

Once uploaded, you can review which documents you have, remove any that are not applicable, or add more as needed. Once finalized, you can submit for review:

 

 

 

 

The automatic processing will take place in the background. While the documents are processing, you may be prompted for a few additional questions. Answer these questions and continue:

Relationships to other parties on the loan:

 

 

 

 

After answering those questions, you will need to review your employment entry. There may be datapoints that could not be automatically mapped based on your upload:

 

 

 

 

Once reviewed, you can then edit, view, or delete entries as needed. You can add additional jobs as well. Once completed, you can submit your entry:

 

 

Tips for this step

  • Upload the documents you have available. You do not need to stop if you only have part of what is requested.
  • If something could not be found from your documents, enter it manually before you continue.
  • You can add more than one job if you need to complete your employment history.

 

Entering Bank Account Information

 

Select Continue:

 

 

 

 

Search for and select your bank:

 

 

 

 

Upload your bank statements for the selected bank. If you cannot find your statements, you can also manually enter details as needed:

 

 

 

 

Once uploaded, you can review and delete any uploaded documents or add more. Once completed, you can submit for review:

 

 

 

 

You may be prompted to review you account details. Make any adjustment, and then save:

 

 

 

 

From here, you can edit or delete accounts for each bank you entered, add additional accounts, or add accounts from additional banks. Once completed, you can submit accounts:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Complete the Rest of Your Application

After you finish the document upload steps, you can continue to the next step:

 

 

 

Select the option to start application review. Any information you confirmed during review will carry forward into the rest of your application, and you can keep completing the remaining sections from there:

 

 

 

FAQ

What kind of files can I upload?

You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, or JPEG files. On some mobile devices, you may also be able to use your camera or scanner to capture documents during the upload process.

 

Do I need to upload every document requested?

No. Upload the documents you have available and continue through the review step. You can still complete missing information manually.

 

What If Something Looks Incorrect?

Review each step carefully before you continue. If any detail is missing or incorrect, update it before moving on to the next step. You can also continue through the rest of the application and provide the correct information there if needed.

 

Can I keep going if some information was not found?

Yes. You can enter missing details during review and continue with the rest of the application.

 

Can I finish the application without using document upload?

Yes. You can still complete your application manually. If you skip document upload, you will be able to enter your information yourself in the application.
