Company and Organization Admin Access

Overview

The Company Dashboard allows for multiple individual accounts to be housed under a single Company Account. As a company admin, you'll have access to different company settings, overrides, and users.

 

Floify can also house multiple companies under one organization. This provides a user access to multiple companies, and provide them with admin access to all companies within the organization.

 

Further, with our Limited Admin Access capabilities, you can assign your users access to view all loans within your company or organization structure without giving full access to settings and other admin tools.

 

Setting up an organization or setting up organization admin permissions requires a request to support. Please reach out to support@floify.com to request this setup.

 

How to Use

Organization Dashboard

The organization dashboard allows admins to access the various company dashboards under the organization structure, adjust admin access, perform organization cloning, and view events and setting. Read about that here: Access the Organization Dashboard

 

To access your organization choose the dashboard name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Organization Dashboard:

Select Organization Admins to view and adjust organization admins:

 

 

 

 

 

On the Organization Admins page, you can give each admin access to Prospects and loans only, or Full access to everything available. You can remove admins with the icon, or add more admins from among users under the organization using the Add New Admin button.

 

 

 

As a full admin, you will have access to all organization tools and settings:

 

 

 

 

If access is limited to prospects and loans only, this limits users from viewing or adjusting any settings, admin access, or cloning histories. It will allow users to access companies with limited access (discussed below) and view the company audit log:

 

 

 

 

Company Dashboard

For our admin access, this section will cover the differences between limited and full access.

 

To access your organization choose the dashboard name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Company Dashboard:

 

 

 

Once on the company dashboard, to adjust admin permissions, navigate to the Admins tab. On the Admin tab, you:

 

 

 

You can use the tools to Add New Admin or Search the admin list:

 

 

 

 

You can also adjust company admin access by changing the dropdown or using the X icon to remove an admin:

 

 

 

 

There are two options for access: Full access or Prospects and loans only. Below this article will review the differences.

 

As a full admin, you will have access to all company tools and settings:

 

 

 

 

 

As a limited admin, you will have access to view activity and reporting, looking at all loans and teams,  and assigning support users. Accessing any company-level settings, cloning, or integrations will be restricted and will redirect you back to the admin home page:
