Overview
The Company Dashboard allows for multiple individual accounts to be housed under a single Company Account. As a company admin, you'll have access to different company settings, overrides, and users.
Among these settings, you'll have access to enable eFolder documents sync with template docs. This allows for LO teams to assign uploaded documents to Encompass eFolder documents.
How to Set Up
From the team pipeline, choose the team name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Company Dashboard:
Navigate to Company Settings and then Basic Settings:
Scroll down to LOS Settings and locate the option Encompass eFolder Documents. Select the option to Manage on the right:
Select the option to Enable Encompass eFolder Document Assignment for Template Docs, Enable Encompass eFolder Document Assignment when Adding Docs to Loan Flows, or Enable Encompass eFolder Document Assignment when Accepting Docs:
You will also have the option to specify the Encompass location for the system generated documents such as e-consent, credit authorization, and HMDA. Make sure you select Save to confirm any changes:
