Configure Text Message Authorization

Overview

 

The Company Dashboard allows multiple individual user accounts to be managed under a single Company Account. As a company administrator, you’ll have access to a variety of company-level settings, user management tools, and configuration overrides.

 

One of these settings includes the ability to customize the text message authorization verbiage that borrowers must agree to during the loan application process. This can be configured individually for each team, depending on your organization’s preferences.

 

How to Set Up

 

From the team pipeline, choose the team name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Company Dashboard:

 

 

 

 

Navigate to Company Settings and then Basic Settings:

Navigate to Text Message Authorization and select the option to View and Edit Text Message Authorization:

Enter your own text message authorization in the text field and make adjustments as needed using the toolbar near the top. Make sure you select Save to confirm your changes once you're done:

 

Note: If nothing is listed in the field, this means you are using our standard text message authorization verbiage.

Success! The text message authorization listed will go out for all future requests for your whole company level.
