SMS Opt-In for Non-Floify Users

Overview

Non-Floify users have the option to receive text message updates from Floify regarding loan status updates.

 

Moving forward, they will now be required to provide SMS opt-in before receiving text messages from Floify.

 

Sending SMS to Third Parties

When a milestone is checked off, we will check each user and determine if they've already provided consent. If they have already provided consent, we will send out the milestone text message automatically.

 

If the user has not provided consent, they will receive instead an SMS opt-in request message in the following format:

 

You’re invited to receive mobile loan updates from Floify. 

Reply YES to opt in to text updates.Reply STOP to cancel. For help, call +1 (720) 370-3622.

 

Once we receive consent, we will save this information and the milestone updates will be sent out via text moving forward.

 

 

Encompass Milestone Check Off

When a milestone is checked off in Encompass, we will check each user and determine if they've already provided consent. If they have already provided consent, we will send out the milestone text message automatically.
