How to Order Disclosures Using Disclosures Desk 2.0

Overview

Floify's Disclosure Desk 2.0 simplifies the disclosure process by replacing a multi-step workflow with a single click. Loan officers can send disclosures directly from Encompass while the plugin automatically handles document packaging, signature point configuration, delivery to borrowers, and disclosure tracking. This reduces errors, eliminates manual steps, and ensures faster, more reliable delivery without requiring additional set up in Floify. This article explains how to order disclosures using the Floify Encompass Disclosure Plugin.

How to Order Disclosures in Encompass

Order Disclosures

To begin ordering disclosures, navigate to the eFolder and click on the eDisclosures button.

 

 

 

 

Next, select a Plan Code and click on the Order eDisclosures button.

 

 

 

 

Select Disclosure Documents

Using the check boxes, select the disclosure documents you wish to include in the package.

 

 

 

 

Send Disclosures to Floify

Click Send to Floify to initiate delivery through the Floify plugin.

 

 

 

 

Confirm Sending Disclosures to Floify

When prompted, a pop-up window will appear. Click Yes to proceed with sending the eDisclosures to Floify.

 

 

 

 

Once the packages have been sent, you will receive a confirmation message indicating they were delivered successfully.

 

 

 

 

Disclosures will automatically begin downloading in Floify and are typically sent to designated signers within a few minutes. No additional actions, such as checking boxes or notifying Floify are required.

Note: You may receive messages that require you to reconcile the packages or the file and accounts connected in Floify. Follow the instructions provided in the pop-up when this occurs, or reach out to us at disclosures@floify.com for assistance.
