Overview

Floify Disclosures 2.0 delivers a fast, reliable way to send disclosures with a streamlined experience directly from Encompass. Powered by our Encompass Disclosures plugin, it automatically handles document packaging, signature points, and tracking—eliminating timely setup and reducing errors. Backed by a modern, scalable architecture, Disclosures 2.0 helps teams move faster and close with confidence.

Installation

This tool requires installation of an Encompass Plugin and a guided setup with your Customer Success Manager. You can read about the installation process here: Install Encompass Disclosure Plugin

 

This installation will require an Encompass Admin to complete. Once completed, all users will need to restart the Encompass Smart Client for it to apply.

 

How to Setup

Once the Plugin is installed and your account has been enabled, company level settings can be set. Read about the setup process in Floify here: Disclosures Desk 2.0 Settings

 

How to Use

The process for ordering disclosures starts in Encompass on any given loan that is connected in Floify. Read about ordering a disclosures package here: How to Order Disclosures Using Disclosures Desk 2.0

 

While utilizing this feature, you will also need to utilize the Disclosures tab within the Floify system to manage packages. Read about this tool here: Disclosures Tab Action Icons

 

FAQ and Best Practices

  1. The Encompass Co-Mortgagors must be enabled to use this feature. This will not work with the legacy borrower pairs feature.
  2. Linked Loans will require separate Floify loans. The relationship between Encompass Loan ID and Floify Loan ID is 1 to 1.
  3. The Intent to Proceed (ITP) and Received Dates can be updated by clicking the “Refresh from Floify” button in the Disclosure Tracking section of Encompass after the signed disclosures have been uploaded to the LOS.
