Action Icons in Disclosures

Overview

This article explains the available Action Icons within the Disclosures section and how to use them to manage disclosure packages within Floify. Each tool serves a unique purpose.

Using the Disclosures Tab

Loan Flow

Quickly access the associated loan flow without navigating through the Pipeline.

Status

View the current status of the disclosure package.

Event Log

Displays a timeline of disclosure activity, including when the package was created, sent to DocuSign, delivered to signers, signed, and any resend activity.

Resume Disclosure Workflow

If a disclosure package fails during processing, use this option to resume the workflow and attempt delivery again.

Void

Voids the disclosure package and moves it to the Complete tab. If the package was already sent, the envelope will also be voided. If the package has been fully or partially signed, this will clear any signatures provided. Use with Caution.

Resend Email

Resends the disclosure notification email to any recipients who have not yet signed.

Complete Tab

Restart Disclosure Workflow

Restarts the disclosure process and sends a new package. This option is only available for voided disclosure packages.

Delete Disclosure Package

Permanently removes the disclosure package from Floify. Use this icon with Caution.
