Enable Company Specific Single Sign-On (SSO) Options

Overview

The Company Dashboard allows for multiple individual accounts to be housed under a single Company Account. As a company admin, you'll have access to different company settings, overrides, and users.

Among these settings, you'll have access to enable company specific single-sign on options.

Single Sign-On ("SSO") lets individuals use one set of login credentials to authenticate across multiple apps and websites. If your company has a specific SSO option, you will have the ability to add an OpenID Connect SSO integration. To enable this feature, you can navigate to your Company Settings and set up the link to that integration

Using this feature can help your borrowers, as they will spend less time with forgotten passwords and login issues. If your SSO integration is enabled, your borrowers will be able to have a single login across your integrated platforms.

Important Note: To enable "Company SSO" with our UI, your company must be using OpenID Connect ("OIDC") as its authentication protocol. OIDC is one of the most widely used modern protocols, but there are various other SSO protocols. If your company uses an SSO method other than OIDC, this cannot be integrated within Floify.

You will then enter in the Company SSO Required Values and Company SSO Button fields. You can preview the button, and then save the settings.

Success! Now your borrower's can utilize your company's unique SSO option to Apply Now or to Log In to your landing page. For any questions about this, further information, or if you are interested testing your Company SSO in a Preview environment before turning it live, contact you Account Representative or reach out to support@floify.com.
