Using Task Management

Floify's Task Management feature allows companies to create and assign different user roles in a lending team (processor, LOA, closer, etc.). This is a time saver for non-standard users and will provide the base for more efficient workflows.

Some sample use cases for Task Management:

  • When a loan flow is created, automatically assign to an LOA
  • When the Application Complete milestone is checked off, automatically assign to a processor
  • When paystubs, credit report, and bank statements go to 'Docs Pending Review', automatically assign to an underwriter
  • When the Closing Disclosure goes to 'Docs Owed', automatically assign to a closer
  • When custom LOS-synced field "credit score" is lower than 600, automatically assign to an underwriter that specializes in low credit score borrowers
  • When the loan type field is "refinance", automatically assign to a processor that focuses on refinances
