Who is Total Expert? 

Total Expert is a customer engagement and intelligent automation platform. What will the Floify—Total Expert Integration support?

When the integration is configured and active, the integration will:

  • Automatically create a record in Total Expert when a Floify prospect is created
  • Automatically send out idle prospect notifications when configured to Total Expert from Floify
  • Automatically send out survey questions from Floify to Total Expert once the borrower application is submitted

How to Set Up and Use

From the team pipeline, choose the team name in the upper right-hand corner and select the option to navigate to the Company Dashboard:

Navigate to the Company Settings and select the Integrations tab:

 

 



 

Scroll down to CRM Integrations and locate Total Expert. Select the plus sign towards the right to install the integration:

You will need to agree to the Total Expert Third Party Agreement. Read through this, check the box, and press Continue:

Enter the Total Expert Client ID, Total Expert Client Secret, and Total Expert Contact Group. These will need to be obtained directly from Total Expert. You will also be able to select how many days after the last borrower login to send the 'Idle Prospect' notification to Total Expert:

Additionally, you'll need to enter your Floify API Key. Select Install Integration to confirm the changes:

Note: Your Floify API Key can be found by clicking on your email address in the top right hand corner in the 'Profile' section. You can find more instruction on find this here: User API Key.

 

Team Installation

 

Once installed at the company level, go back to the Home tab of the Company Dashboard. For each team, select the CRM Integration Icon:

 

 

 

Enter the number of days to send the "Idle Prospect" notification (optional) and the Team Manager Email (required), then press save:

 

 

 

 

Disabling Idle Application Notices

Floify will not automatically disable the Idle Application notice in Floify.
If you wish to do so for your team, navigate to the Teams tab in the company dashboard, and then select the option to switch into the user's account on the right:

Navigate to Settings and then Email:

Scroll down to Idle Application Notice and then select the option to Edit Idle Application Notice:

Select the option to Disable emailing of Idle Application notices for all loan flows. Make sure you select Save to confirm the changes:
