Delete a Loan Flow

Overview

The loan pipeline is where you will manage all of your borrowers, including reviewing application and document data, making adjustments to the loan flow, and locating any additional information regarding the loan.

Among these options, you will have the option to delete a borrower's loan flow from the system.

How to Use 

From your pipeline, navigate to the Edit Loan Flow button on the right hand side of the flow:

Scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a trash can icon to delete in the bottom left hand corner. When you click on the trash can, Floify will have you confirm that you want to delete the loan flow. You can click on the If you're really sure, Delete Loan Flow now button to proceed:

Note: A loan flow deletion is permanent.

The loan flow is now deleted from your pipeline.
