Overview
The loan pipeline is where you will manage all of your borrowers, including reviewing application and document data, making adjustments to the loan flow, and locating any additional information regarding the loan.
Among these options, you will have the option to edit a borrower's email address in the event that your borrower has provided the wrong email address or there's just a typo.
If the borrower has not accessed their borrower portal yet and you are making changes to their email, you will need to manually prompt the Needs List Email once more to give the borrower updated access to their account.
How to Use
Locate the borrower in your loan pipeline and select the Edit Loan Flow icon:
Once the loan flow information window opens, scroll down to the Borrower Info section. At this point, you can edit the email address for your borrower or co-borrower (or both):
To complete the process and finalize your changes, click Save Email, then click Save in the bottom right corner:
