The loan pipeline is where you will manage all of your borrowers, including reviewing application and document data, making adjustments to the loan flow, and locating any additional information regarding the loan.
When a borrower applies via your landing page, all incoming applications show up in your Prospects tab for you to review. Any incomplete applications will be visible here, and depending on your settings, you may also have completed applications available for your review to proceed.
Among these options, you will have the option to reassign a prospect if a borrower applies via the wrong loan officer portal or needs to be assigned to another loan officer.
How to Use
From your team pipeline, navigate to the Prospects tab at the top of the page:
Towards the right hand side of the borrower's name and info, you'll see an icon that looks like a person to reassign the prospect:
Note: This does need to be enabled at the company level in order to have access. If you don't see the option available, please reach out to a company admin to assist.
Select a team to reassign the prospect to and select Save to confirm the change:
Success! The prospect will now be available to the other team.
