Locate the Borrower's Contact Information

Overview

The loan pipeline is where you will manage all of your borrowers, including reviewing application and document data, making adjustments to the loan flow, and locating any additional information regarding the loan.

Among these options, you will have the option to locate your borrower's contact information if you need to reach out to your borrower's outside of Floify via email or phone.

How to Use

When in your loan pipeline, you will see a column listed with the borrower and/or co-borrower's name:

Click on the borrower or co-borrower's name to view the borrower or co-borrower's contact information including their email address and phone number:

Note: If your device allows for it, you can also click on the email address or phone number to automatically reach out in your email or your phone.
