Download a PDF Version of My Borrower's Loan Application

Overview

The loan pipeline is where you will manage all of your borrowers, including reviewing application and document data, making adjustments to the loan flow, and locating any additional information regarding the loan.

 

Among these options, you will have the option to download a PDF version of your borrower's loan application.

 

How to Use 

There are two different ways to download the 1003 to your computer, depending on where the borrower is in their loan process. 

 

If the borrower is a prospect and is actively working on the application, navigate to your Prospects tab from your active loan pipeline. Click the down arrow towards the right hand side of the borrower's name:

You will then be prompted to choose which file you'd like to download. You will see an arrow in the 'PDF' column that you can select:

If your borrower's application has already been converted to a live loan flow, there are a couple different ways you can download the loan application file.

 

In your loan pipeline, you'll see a down arrow towards the right hand side of the borrower's name:

You will then be prompted to choose which file you'd like to download. You will see an arrow in the 'PDF' column that you can select:

You'll also find the application in either the Docs Pending Review tab or the Docs Accepted tab.

 

From your loan pipeline, locate the borrower's flow and click the red, yellow, or green buckets to get into the desired loan flow:

In the flow, locate the document 'Loan Application (1003)'. Select the down arrow towards the left hand side of the document name and description:

You will then be prompted to choose which file type you'd like to download. You will see an arrow in the 'PDF' column that you can select:
