Overview
The Customizations settings allow for you to make various configuration changes to your custom fields, custom layouts, your loan pipeline fields, and your loan flow assignment rules.
Among these settings, you'll have access to edit or delete an existing loan flow assignment rule.
The loan flow assignment rules will allow you to assign loan flows automatically to users based on certain triggers. This can be triggered off of a loan flow starting, milestones, template documents, disclosures, and custom fields.
How to Set Up
From your active loan pipeline, navigate to Settings and select the Customizations tab:
In the Loan Flow Assignment Rules section, select the option to Access Loan Flow Assignment Rules:
Select the Edit Assignment Roles option to edit an existing rule:
Make any adjustments you need to your rule. Make sure you select Save to confirm your changes:
To delete an existing rule, select the trash can icon towards the right of the assignment rule name:
Confirm the deletion by selecting the Confirm option:
