Who is Lender Price?

What will the Floify—Lender Price Integration support?
Floify's integration with Lender Price will allow for you to quickly search for up-to-date product and pricing to present your borrowers with accurate and timely loan information through 3 distinct tools:
- The Marketplace QuickPricer — Instant pricing and zero setup, which offers the fastest and easiest way get early-stage loan pricing
- Company Quick Pricer — Accurate, tailored pricing at scale — consistent, controlled, and built for every team, as this options connects to your instance of Lender Price

Lock Pricer — End-to-end PPE in Floify — seamless locks, no rekeying, fully Encompass-integrated.
- The Lock Pricer is currently only available with an active Encompass Integration
All of these tools can be used directly or with Third-Party Origination as well.
How to Set Up
Company Settings
To enable this feature at the Company Level, follow the below steps.
Navigate from the Company Dashboard to Company Settings:
Navigate to the Integrations tab:
Locate Product & Pricing Integration and press Edit Product & Pricing Integration:
Select Lender Price from the drop down menu:
Note: When editing an already installed integration, you will instead see the following tile, where you can select the option to Edit Lender Price Product & Pricing Integration:
In the Lender Price Product & Pricing settings modal, you will see 2 options for enablement, the Lender Price Quick Pricer and the Lender Price Lock Pricer:
When enabling the Lender Price Quick Pricer, you will have the choice between the Marketplace Pricing tool, which does not require login, or the Company Pricing tool, which is authenticated with your company-specific credentials and configurations in the Lender Price System. To enable, select the checkbox and the additional inputs:
You can also select the option to enable the Lender Price Lock Pricer. Beneath this input, the username and password for your account can be entered as well:
Note: This is only available with an Encompass integration
Once your selections have been made, press Save:
Team Settings
Once your company settings have been selected, you can configure each team to use the integration as well. This will look slightly different depending on if your company is set up with the standard company type or the TPO/Wholesale type.
First, navigate to the Team Settings:
In the team settings, select the Integrations tab:
Scroll down and select the option to Edit Lender Price Product & Pricing Integration:
In the Lender Price Product & Pricing Integration modal, you will see 2 options for enablement, the Lender Price Quick Pricer and the Lender Price Lock Pricer:
Select the tool(s) you would like to enable:
Note: If you are on a TPO company, you will also be prompted to enter your Lender Price associated email:
Once your selections have been made, press Save:
Your team is now set up to use the Lender Price Integration!
How to Use Lender Price
Quick Pricer
To use the Quick Pricer, select the option that now appears in your top menu bar:
From here, you can query up product and pricing for various loans on the fly.
