Who is DocMagic?  

DocMagic is a leading provider of digital mortgage technology, delivering solutions that automate document generation, eSignatures, eClosing, and regulatory compliance for lenders nationwide. 

DocMagic offers a secure, cloud-based platform that simplifies the mortgage process from origination to closing. By integrating seamlessly with a wide range of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), DocMagic helps lenders improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and provide borrowers with a smooth, fully digital lending experience.

What will the Floify—DocMagic Integration support? 

The new Floify–DocMagic integration enables lenders using any DocMagic-connected Loan Origination System (LOS) to generate, deliver, and manage borrower disclosures directly within the Floify borrower portal—creating a seamless, fully integrated experience.

 

DocMagic acts as the secure intermediary between the LOS and Floify. Lenders generate disclosure packages through DocMagic’s LOS integration, and Floify automatically retrieves these packages—enabling borrowers to review and e-sign documents seamlessly within their trusted Floify portal.

How to Set Up

Company Settings

Once the integration is enabled, proceed to the Company Level and follow these steps below:

 

Navigate from the Company Dashboard to Company Settings:

Navigate to the Integrations tab:

Navigate down to DocMagic Integration and press Edit DocMagic Integration:

Check the box to Enable DocMagic:

Enter the Account ID, Username, and Password, then be sure to click Save:

Once completed, the DocMagic Integration is now enabled and ready to be turned on at the team level.

 

Team Settings

Once your company settings have been enabled, you can go to each team to enable the integration as needed.

 

To do so, you will first, navigate to the Team Settings:

In the team settings, select the Integrations tab:

Scroll down and select the option to Edit DocMagic Integration:

Check the box to Enable DocMagic for your team. Once your selection has been made, press Save to apply settings.

The DocMagic integration is all set up and ready to pull in disclosures from your synced LOS!

 

 

How to Use DocMagic

Disclosure Generation

First, loan officers generate disclosure packages within their LOS as part of their standard workflow, while DocMagic prepares and manages the compliance-ready documents.

 

Automatic Sync to Floify

After the Loan Officer generates disclosures in their LOS using DocMagic, Floify automatically receives a notification from DocMagic indicating that a new package has been created. Floify then generates the corresponding disclosure package and makes it available for e-signature.

 

Documents pending borrower signatures will then appear in the Owed section of the borrower’s loan flow. Loan Officers can also send text notifications to alert their borrowers that their documents are ready for signing.

Borrower e-Signature

Borrowers receive a Floify notification and can access their documents directly through the borrower portal. The documents are displayed in an embedded DocMagic iFrame, enabling borrowers to review, e-sign, or upload wet-signed documents, all without leaving Floify. 

If the borrower is outside the designated signing window, which is determined by their DocMagic configuration within the LOS, they will be able to preview the documents but will not have the option to sign them until the official signing date. When the signing date arrives, the borrower can click the eSign action button to open the DocMagic iFrame, where they can complete the signing process.

 

 

 
 

Completion and Sync

Once all parties have completed their signatures, the disclosure package is automatically marked as complete. The finalized documents are securely stored within Floify and DocMagic seamlessly sends them back to the LOS. Notifications are then sent to all participants—such as borrowers, loan officers, and processors—confirming that the signing process is complete.

Q: Does the integration support multiple borrower types?

A: Yes, borrowers, co-borrowers, and co-mortgagors can all e-sign disclosures through Floify.

 

Q: Is it limited to disclosure packages only?

A: No, Floify can process any package type generated through DocMagic.
 


Q: What happens if a package is voided or updated?

A: Floify detects voided packages through DocMagic webhooks, removes outdated tasks, and automatically creates new ones for the updated package.
